FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended, especially Thursday through Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome and seated at the bar or on the terrace based on availability.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — our menu is marked for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-containing dishes, and our kitchen is happy to adapt most dishes. Please let your server know about any allergies.
Can you accommodate large groups or private events?
We host parties of up to 20 in our main dining room and can arrange full buyouts for larger private events. Reach out via the Contact page or WhatsApp to discuss your event.
Is parking available nearby?
There is metered street parking on Harbor Street, and a public parking garage one block away on 4th Avenue. Valet is available Friday and Saturday evenings.
Is there a dress code?
We're smart casual — no strict dress code, but we ask guests to avoid beachwear and athletic wear in the evening.
Is Ember & Olive kid-friendly?
Children are welcome at lunch and early dinner. We don't have a dedicated kids' menu, but our kitchen is glad to prepare simple dishes on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to parties of 6 or more. Reach out via WhatsApp or phone and we'll take care of it.
